About Us

First United Methodist Church of Fort Dodge, Iowa is located on the corner of First Avenue North at Tenth Street in downtown Fort Dodge. It is just north of the Central Avenue business district. Our parking lot is located just to the north on Second Avenue North adjacent to the church offices whose address is 127 North 10th Street.

Our facility has handicap accessibility. An elevator for the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall levels is located on the west side near the bell tower entrance. Church offices on the main level of the office building are just to the north of the church.

Offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We may be reached by phone at 515.576.7586, Fax at 515.576.7587 or E-mail us.

When you visit our worship services, please identify yourself as a guest to one of our ushers or greeters and allow us to welcome you to a period period of fellowship that will follow our worship services. Our pastor and members are anxious to greet you. For those with young children, a nursery is available on the same level as our sanctuary.
